FLAT FEE AGENCY PLACEMENT SERVICE FROM SPORTRECRUIT As we have over 26 years experience working in hospitality, tourism, finance and recruitment and a database of over 35,000 candidates that grows daily we feel we can offer Employers an enhanced recruitment service through our FLAT FEE AGENCY PLACEMENT SERVICE through our SportRecruit brand. How does this service work? We send you a shortlist of our top 5 candidate’s CVs based on your requirements. These candidates’ will all have been screened and work references checked by us. We then arrange interviews for the candidates you wish to meet and a flat fee is then only payable should you employ a candidate we propose to you. We therefore provide you with a quick and efficient flat fee based agency service.
How do I start using this service if I have a vacancy to fill? Contact us so that we can get the full job description, person specification and your company details and then we will advertise the job on our network of websites at www.extremerecruitment.com and then we will screen all responses. We will also check the candidate’s work history, their references and we are confident you will employ at least one of the candidates we send to you for interview.
What does this cost you? You pay a flat fee to us only if and when a candidate is employed!
What if the candidate leaves? Each candidate you employ through SportRecruit is 100% guaranteed for the first 30 days of their employment! This means you don’t have to pay anything for 30 days
When do you pay the fee? When the candidate successfully completes 30 days in the job you are then invoiced the flat fee.
CURRENT FEES All placements with a gross annual salary up to £30,000 = FLAT FEE of £1,500 plus vat All placements with a gross annual salary £30,001 and above = FLAT FEE of £2,000 plus vat
What if you want a longer period? We can offer you longer terms if you use our contingency recruitment service where a fee is payable based on a percentage of the candidate's gross annual salary.
